Terms of Service
Version 1 · Last updated: 5 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Fuhrmann Codes, LLC ("agh", "we", "us"), which runs Asset Goes Here, the service at https://app.assetgoeshere.com: its web page, its API, its guest pages, the agh command-line tool when it talks to that service, and its MCP server, which chat apps and coding agents connect to. By creating an account, accepting an invite, or using agh, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy.
If you use agh for a company or a team, you agree for them too, and you confirm you're allowed to.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 to have an account.
- Give a real email address and keep your password and any tool or guest link secrets safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account and the tools you add, unless it was caused by our failure.
- Tell us at support@assetgoeshere.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- One person per account. Tools such as coding agents get their own credentials from a project admin; don't share your sign-in with them.
Your content
"Your content" is everything you or your team put into agh: requests, briefs, specs, notes, messages, delivered files, review decisions and provenance records.
- You keep ownership. We don't claim any rights to your content.
- You give us permission to run agh with it. You let us store, copy, process, display and transmit your content only as needed to run agh for you: to show it to the people in your project, to make previews, measurements and variants, to publish it to the repository you connect, and to send it to the outside services you turn on (see below). This permission ends when your content is deleted, except for backups, which expire as the Privacy policy says.
- We don't train AI models on your content, and we don't sell it.
- You're responsible for your content. You confirm you have the rights to put it in agh and to let us handle it as these terms say, and that it doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights.
- Between project members, who owns what an artist or fulfiller delivers is up to you and them. agh records who delivered a file; it doesn't transfer or decide ownership. If you need a written agreement with an artist about rights, have one outside agh.
Provenance and AI
agh records whether each file was made by AI, with AI assistance or by a person, and by which model or person. It builds AI disclosure reports and publishes .agh/provenance.yaml to your repository from those records.
- Provenance is what people declare. agh reads a file's embedded metadata and, where you turn it on, checks for watermarks, but it can't prove how a file was made. A declaration is only as accurate as the person or tool that made it.
- You're responsible for your own disclosures. agh's reports help you meet storefront and platform rules about AI content (such as Steam's), but you decide what to publish and you're responsible for it being accurate.
- AI output comes with no guarantees from us. Files made by generative tools, whether through agh or delivered to it, may not be protectable by copyright in some places, and may resemble other works. We don't promise that any file, AI-made or not, is original, non-infringing or fit for your use.
- Openly licensed files you find through agh come under their own licenses (such as CC BY). agh records the license and writes credits, but you're responsible for following the license.
Outside services
Some features connect agh to services we don't run: GitHub, chat apps such as Claude and ChatGPT, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, YouTube, Openverse, and storage buckets. When you connect one, your use of it is under that service's own terms, and anything it charges you is between you and it. agh sends a service only what the feature needs. We aren't responsible for those services, for changes they make, or for what they do with what you send them.
Acceptable use
Don't use agh to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- upload malware, or content that sexualises minors, harasses people, or promotes violence or hate;
- get into accounts, projects or systems you aren't allowed into, probe or attack agh's security, or get around plan limits or rate limits;
- overload the service, or scrape it beyond what the API and MCP tools offer;
- resell agh, or build a competing service by copying it.
Report a security problem to support@assetgoeshere.com with "Security" in the subject. Good-faith reports that follow Support are welcome.
Plans and payment
agh has a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Indie, Studio and Enterprise) with different limits and features.
agh doesn't take payments online yet. A paid plan is set up by agreement with us, and that agreement says the price and how you pay. Fees aren't refundable unless that agreement or the law says otherwise. When agh starts taking payments online, we'll add billing terms here and give 30 days' notice, as for any other change that matters.
If your plan goes down, or a paid plan ends, your content is kept, but features and limits of the lower plan apply. Settings that only a higher plan uses are kept but stop working.
Ending your account
- You can stop using agh at any time and ask us to delete your account or your project's data at support@assetgoeshere.com.
- We may suspend or close an account or project that breaks these terms, puts other people or the service at risk, or that the law requires us to. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- If we close agh, we'll give at least 30 days' notice.
- After an account or project is closed, you have 30 days to download your content, unless the law stops us. Files already published to your repository stay there under your control.
The service as it is
We work to keep agh running, secure and backed up, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or fit any particular purpose, beyond what these terms say. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose; your repository is the place agh publishes to for that reason.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows:
- we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
- our total liability for any claims about agh is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for agh in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you're a consumer, you keep the rights the law where you live gives you.
Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it. This doesn't apply to consumers where the law doesn't allow it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For a change that matters, we'll tell you by email or in agh at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you'll be asked to agree to the new version the next time you sign in. If you don't agree, stop using agh and you can download your content first. Each version has a number at the top of this page, and agh records which version you agreed to and when.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, and disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Indiana, except where the law where you live as a consumer says otherwise.
Other things
- If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- You can't transfer these terms to someone else without our agreement. We can transfer them as part of selling or reorganising agh, and we'll tell you if we do.
- These terms and the Privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about agh, unless you've signed a separate agreement with us, such as for Enterprise.
