Claim limits

A claim limit keeps an artist or fulfiller to the work you hired them for: a voice actor claims only Bram's lines, or an image generator claims only portraits. A limited member can claim a request only if it matches one of their rules. Members without a limit can claim anything, as before. Claim limits come with the Studio and Enterprise plans.

Set one

Admins open Settings › Members and choose Limit claims… on an artist's or fulfiller's row. Tools can be limited too.

Each rule is the same filter a reservation uses:

Add more rules with + Add rule. A request that matches any one of them is claimable. The dialog shows how many open requests that leaves the member. Save replaces their rules, and Remove limit lets them claim anything again.

The Can claim column shows each member's rules, or Anything. The Limited filter lists the members who have a limit.

What changes

The limited member sees what they can claim at the top of Open requests. Requests outside their rules show Outside what you can claim instead of Claim, and agh next and coding agents skip them. Claiming or delivering one anyway is refused with the rules in the message.

Below Studio

On other plans the Can claim column shows a locked Studio chip, and Limit claims… explains the feature with this guide and an upgrade link. Limits saved before a downgrade stop applying until you upgrade again. Ask us to upgrade.

API

GET /projects/{id}/claim-limits lists the limits with what each leaves open. PUT /projects/{id}/claim-limits/{member} sets one with {"rules": [{"kind": "audio", "tags": {"character": "bram"}}]}, POST …/{member}/preview counts the same body without saving, and DELETE …/{member} removes it. These are for admins.

For agents: this page as Markdown is at /docs/claim-limits.md, and the CLI prints it with agh guide claim-limits.
